BAREBACK PERMIT SERIES
In the Bareback Permit Series the rodeo committee pays the entry fees for any permit Bareback Riders that enter your rodeo and gives them a $25 gas card. Your PRCA rodeo secretary can help you with this. After entries close, contact your PRCA secretary to find out how many permit Bareback Riders entered. Here is a breakdown of what to do.
- Add CRC Permit Bareback Series to your PRCA approval in the Ground Rules section
- After entries close, contact PRCA Secretary for the number of Permit Bareback entries
- Buy gas cards for that number of entries
- Give gas cards to PRCA Secretary when she arrives – she will distribute
- Before the final perf ends, check with PRCA Secretary for the final number that competed. She will give you the total amount of fees owed.
- a. If they don’t compete, you don’t have to pay the fees. You may get 5 entered, but only 3 actually compete, so you only have to pay entry fees for the 3 that showed up.
- b. The secretary should return to you any gas cards not distributed. You can use the gas cards for your queen and court, water truck, etc.
- Write a check payable to “Rodeo Pay” for the entry fees & give to PRCA Secretary before the final perf is over.
That’s it. The Circuit will include your rodeo on all the advertising we do for the CRC Permit BB Series.
